Happy to announce our dinner menu for The North Fork Uncorked, Saturday, June 18th at 6:30 p.m.
Braised Colorado Lamb Shank, Roasted Garlic Truffle Mashers, Vegetable Medley(Zucc, Yel. Squash, Crimini Mushroom, Onion, Pesto), Mixed Field Green Salad, Fresh Baked Rosemary Sourdough & Sundried Tomato Basil Focaccia, and for dessert Tiramisu. Our featured wines will be a selection from Black Bridge Winery and 5680’ Vineyards.
The dinner will be catered by the highly rated (by Trip Advisor) Flying Fork Cafe. Enjoy this delicious dinner and wonderful wines outside in a beautiful setting at Black Bridge Winery.
Cost per person is $55. The experience is priceless!
